Building Inspection Underwriters handles building permits and zoning permits in the Borough.  Click on the BIU button for helpful information with your permit applications.

Building Permit Fees are calculated from the Borough Fee Schedule by the Code Official.  PAUCC Fee ($4.50) will be added along with Borough 10% Administrative Fee.

Permit Applications can be emailed to permits@brynathynboro.org or mailed to PO Box 917,
